What's new at Fright Night AZ Haunted House for 2024? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?

We have added a maze, new decorations and additional actors to boost the horror levels! Fan favorites: the clown car, the haunted wedding party, the cannibal deli, and being run down by the phantom train!

What are you most excited about for the 2024 Halloween Season?

We're excited to welcome back past thrill-seekers, as well as brand new brave guests.

What differentiates Fright Night AZ Haunted House from other local haunts in Arizona?

Our haunted house takes place in three phantom rail cars permanently parked in the spooky shadows below the famed "Ghost City" of Jerome and Verde Canyon Railroad's Clarkdale AZ depot.

How long has Fright Night AZ Haunted House been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Fright Night AZ Haunted House 's history?

The train line adjacent to Fright Night was built in 1912, and Verde Canyon Railroad has been a tourism icon in Arizona since 1990. Fright Night's first year was 2022, built into three "permanently derailed" vintage rail cars below the depot.

What's your favorite experience since opening Fright Night AZ Haunted House ?

We love to hear the laughs and screams from the survivors as they reach the final exit.

How long is a typical haunt experience at Fright Night AZ Haunted House from start to finish?

15 minutes is average, but we do allow guests who are brave enough to go through a second time at no additional charge.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Fright Night AZ Haunted House is? Why?

We'd say a solid 7. There are some gory moments and jump scares that might be too frightening for young children.

Does Fright Night AZ Haunted House 's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

Fright Night rests on the spirits of railroad workers past, beneath Cleopatra Hill and Jerome AZ. The railroad has been in Clarkdale since 1912, originally built for the United Verde Copper Company. Our spooky history is authentic!

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

We saw the market for this as there is NO other haunted house in Northern Arizona.

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Fright Night AZ Haunted House ?

In addition to to human touch of live actors, and artist-made props, we use all kinds of tech to help create the vibe of each scene, with automatic animatronics, eerie lighting, and custom curated sound effects and music.

Can Fright Night AZ Haunted House accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Fright Night AZ Haunted House together as a group?

We recommend groups of 4 at a time, but larger groups can go through split up into smaller increments.

Does Fright Night AZ Haunted House offer any special deals, discounts, or coupons?

Tickets are $25 but if you ride the train that day it's only $5! Show your train ticket upon arrival.
