This Northern Arizona University dormitory situated in Flagstaff is said to be haunted by a spirit named Kathy. Legend has it that Kathy was a student at the school who hung herself in one of the stairwells during winter break. Students have complained of strange phenomena like posters flying, lights flickering, electronics malfunctioning, and blankets being pulled off of beds.

One of the oldest high schools in Arizona, Chandler High School is no stranger to abnormal occurrences. In the oldest building that still stands, on the 2nd floor north wing of Old Main, students, teachers, and other school employees, have admitted to seeing and hearing things. One custodian even refused to clean that section of the school after a paranormal run-in.
